Flavor of Hudson Bay Beef Spice:
This salt and pepper-based spice is garlicky with warm-citrus flavor and licorice and herbal notes.
Uses of Hudson Bay Beef Spice:
Rub on prime rib, steak, pork, and chicken. For marinade, mix 1-2 T spice with 1/4 cup red wine, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, and a 1/2 cup olive oil.
